Hello, I emailed terrible herbst practically the same thing I posted on your website and I have yet to be acknowledged just like I was in there store. No reply no nothing, I have yet to give them one bit of my service especially because I see that poor soul who knows nothing about anything still works there after giving them every single bit of evidence and proof of how she treated me and my family, dates times pictures everything but like i said itโ€™s the chevron way I guess customers last Everything else first, including mopping the floor and blasting loud obscene music with every other words curse word, sickening and to think she still works there, just the thought that terrible herbst would look past that and do nothing is sickening but oh well, I use to spend over $200 a week just in gas there, use to have a chevron credit card, use to buy milk and donuts and my cigarettes every morning there because itโ€™s right behind my house but not know more, they lost easily $1000 steady paying customer for years all because of there pathetic disgusting customer service. So to answer your question pathetic terrible s and yes it is terrible has yet to reply or acknowledge my email

Was completely disrespected by unprofessional cashier, to start I pulled up to your store located at 109 rainbow Blvd Las Vegas nv, 89107 at approximately 2:40 a.m. to a sign on the door saying bathroom break be back in 5.

Ok no problem 15 min gone by I go back up and try to open door and the cashier is inside mopping and looked at me and raised her hand and put 5 fingers up, WOW, I go back to my car now other people are outside which I took pictures of also, so approximately 3:05a.m. The cashier opened the door finally, I go get my items and set them on the counter, she did not say one word to me, just scanned the items and stood there with her loud rap music yelling F this and F that, so I was not aware of the price because she hasnโ€™t really even acknowledged me or my wife that we were even there, from the time I walked up to the counter to the time I finally got my change itโ€™s took approximately 10 min, completely unproffessional, so then my wife wants to play a little at the machines, I had the $11 change she handed me which never left my hand, I put in $10 bill and lose then I try to put in the $1 bill I got as change but the machine wouldnโ€™t take it, flattened it out, tried another machine wouldnโ€™t take it, not to mention it felt unusual and had a pink stain on it, I went to the cashier and she was helping a customer i stood there for approximately 7 min before she was done counting the money, I walked up to the counter and explained to the young lady named ebany I believe it was and said โ€œcan I please have another dollar bill the machine wonโ€™t take this oneโ€ and she once again did not acknowledge me for a min or two and the. Said โ€œ watchya wantz me to do about itโ€ WOW, how did she get hired, i then once again said โ€œI would like to exchange it the machine wonโ€™t take itโ€ she then said โ€œflatten it out and den try itโ€ I then said โ€œI did mam may I please have another dollar bill I got this from you and itโ€™s not working may I have one that worksโ€ then as slow as I think a human can possibly go she got my dollar bill which I then lost, oh well, but I canโ€™t just say oh well to that customer service, what kind of training do you give your employees or do they even get any, I canโ€™t believe you have an employee representing your company that treats customers that way like I said in my 31 years of living I have never been treated like that or got such horrible service, I work in customer service and I know itโ€™s not for all people but that, thereโ€™s no excuse for and I would be ashamed, Im going to see what else I can do about this because this is a joke and I think needs to be exposed and brought to peoples attention because Iโ€™m sure Iโ€™m mot the first.

Just look at the footage on 6/5/2018 from 2:40 am to 3:45 am and you please explain to me the reasoning for such an unpleasant visit at a place that I am spending my hard earned money at because I never want to step foot in another terribles because how me and my family were treated and knowing you hire such unprofessional rude inconsiderate people who obviously have no idea anything about customer service and representing a company just knowing that Iโ€™m sure you probably wonโ€™t even read this email but thatโ€™s ok wouldnโ€™t expect you too like I said I work in the industry also. Thank you for your time
