ATM machines
Went to terrible 347 used ATM to get $100 to play a little video poker the ATM froze up it did not dispense my money, but my checking account showed a withdrawal of$103.50 asst manager told e to dispute my loss with my bank manager gave me number to head office I called and no response, yet they said they could NOT refund my money per company policy that the ATM'S do not DeLonghi to them do yourself a favor if you want to play video poker seek another place if you do happen to win you have to wait on someone to arrive to pay you out, and then they hover over you for a tip GREEN VALLEY GROCERIES always did me good they pay on the spot the ATMs may not belong to terrible, but they are in their stores and that reflects on them

Preferred solution: Paid in cash so not sure. But a gas card or something to compensate for the misguiding of the prices. Cashier was no help. Should have management cards or something to contact them when trying to dispute something

I am at a location in Las Vegas and they will not cash my ticket for my winning out and I've been waiting for an hour and a half I've lost over half of my winnings waiting for a manager to come cash me out . I was told it would only be 20ims and an hour and a half passed and still no manager. I had a ticket for $140 and in the hour and a half o played half of it so I cashed out 70 and I still could not cash cash out my ticket and the cashier told me I had to wait for the manager so I ended up playing more money when I got to 50 dollars I cashed out again and that's when I was able to cash my ticket that really upsets me I could not cash out from the get go.

- After hours you cant cash your tickets in

I been with Terrible Herbst for over two years. It was affordable with my S.S.
fix income. Due to the fact my debit card had to be replace. I was informed that your rate has gone up to $34.99. I am asking if you would not punish me by the replacement debit card.
This cost is over my monthly budget. Please understand why I asking this, My rent has gone up to 600. my light bill has gone up and I can't afford to use my heat or air conditioner, my car insurance has gone up to $706.00 twice a year. I no longer can work.
I have a brain tumor, neuropathy, scoliosis and buzzing in the head. I can no longer wash my vehicle by hand and rely on your service. Being honest my Social Security is $1000. You may say get the cheaper contract but for me I need the cleaning of the rims and the towel.
I am unable to stand or walk for more then 15 minutes.
If not thank you for your consideration, My fault I never get a receipt,

Verified Reviewer |Manager accused me of being dishonest
On 5/8/23, I went to get gas not realizing that I did have my Debit card. I handed the cashier $5.00 for gas, returned to my car and left without pumping the gas in my car.
I just had dental work and went across the street to fill my prescription when I realized what I did. I returned to the store and spoke to the cashier. The cashier was rude and walked away saying there is nothing he can do. I asked for the manager and he pointed to the back of the store and kept on walking.
There was no one in sight. I went to the back of the store and saw a man looking at me. I asked him if he was the manager. He hesitated to answer.
I repeat the question, he said, yes. I told him what happened and he said someone took your gas and there is nothing I can do about it. I returned to the cashier and handed him to charge $5.00. As I returned to make another purchase, I hear the manager referring to me as a thief.
He claimed that I did not pay $5.00 The cashier told, yes. She did pay $5.00. I said to the manager, I am not a thief and Im than that. The customers that were present, said they heard him referring to me as a thief and telling the cashier that I was trying to get over them by stealing $5.00.
I can only say that if I looked like him, he would have never called me a thief and a liar.
He racism attitude should not be tolerated nor accepted. If he have a problem dealing with people of a different race, he does not deserve to be in management.
I do hope that Terrible Hearst does not *** such bias behavior.

On 9/11/23 @3PM I entered Terribles to use the restroom. Since the mens restoom was occupied for several minutes i used the womens resttroom and was finishined and out of the store in about 4 minutes. Subsequently I returned on 9/11/23@5:10 PM to the sane Terribles location on Rancho and Smoke Ranch. Immediately upon entering a large black cashier with solver hlasses and a dread ponytail started half accusing and half questioning me about my business in the restroom earlier that afternoon. I stated my business and then he basically accusedc
Me of burning or smoking something in tbe restroom earlier. I told him directly that i did neither. He then went on to say how he was an addict and that he recognized signs i was using drugs in there blah blah. I said listen i dont care about your history bro. I came to gamble so could i please get my item rung up
And get my cash back as well. He starts raising his voice saying i had to listen to what hes saying. I said i didnt fo *** so no i dont. I requested my purchace and cash again talking while he was rambling on. Then he demanded i listen to him. Not walk awsy and not look away like ge was my fatner. I had enough so i wrmy out to geg my phone and said im gettingmy phone so you csn say all that *** again so everyonecan hear it. I come back in With phone recording. When i step in hes got some young teenage kid trying to block me. Telling me i cant be in the store and threatening me with the the police. Then he starts with the i cant re ord him or i will be sued bc he doesn't consent and anyone with a piece of a brain knows that all it takes is one party to consent and if a conversation is taking place in a public area then theres no restrictions on recording. So not only is he harassing an innocent man who been shopping religiously at that store since 2014 when i moved in the development right on the other side of the budget suites. I spend probably 200$ a week on foid gas cigarettes and especially gambling. This man is out of control. Has overstepped his boundries. Disrespected mr. Threatened me. Intimidated me. Lied to me and had a non employee intimidated and bully me. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. Non professional. And borderline illegal. This man is now costing that store an estimated 800$ per month in revenue. I need to sed that this lame excuse for an employee gets terminated immediately. If so i will put in favorable reviews on how corporate handled this situation. If not ill have to use my only option which is to have all of my employees.family ,customers and friends along with myself to yelp and google reviews that show indifference to a innocent customer and backs an ignorant bully. I have a video and photos. Please contact me by telephone. Text if possible bc im not always able to answer my phone if im on a job or with a customer. Thank you in advance for handling this swiftly and correctly.

At the Terrible Herbst car wash at 6045 W. Sahara Ave, Las Vegas
I was getting a car wash and the vehicle in front of me somehow got stuck in the car wash tire conveyor.
An employee asked me to back my car up, and when I did, I heard a loud cracking sound from my back passenger side bumper.
When I confronted the employee about this, they said, "nothing happened' but was then told that they hadn't moved the gyro equipment in time before i backed up.
when I had them check my car there was bumper damage with large chunks of paint missing that were not before + the bumper was loosened from the impact with the gyro.
They had me file a claim through their company insurance but then almost immediately declined the claim because they 'noticed other paint wear on the bumper'; claiming absolutely no responsibility for their employee negligence & equipment failure that caused this to occur in the first place. The fact that I've been a monthly unlimited car wash paying customer for over 1.5 years, this truly is enraging & I would say steer clear of these car washes if you can
